The Stouts' are getting new wood floors throughout their historic craftsman house. Some soft spots and sloping of floors needed to be fixed to have new floors lay tight. Some trap and lock subfloor repair took care of this repair and a couple new floor joists in the crawlspace. Beautiful family and great to work with, thank you for hospitality.
Lovely bungalow is Seminole Heights Tampa. Several small issues that got repaired to roof framing to prevent sage in ceilings. There was no access under house and we created an access and found several pier supports needing some repair. Customer was a pleasure to work with.
Found some bad adjustable piers under a house that was cutting the job. We replaced with several concrete structural piers and took out some of the leaning in the floors at same time. House is beautiful and up for sale with no foundation issues now.
Install new main exterior beam and piers on South tampa historic house. Rebuilt wall and adding new lap siding.
