The repairman called well in advance of his arrival and promptly proceeded to give me an estimate of the work to be done. After agreeing to the price, he immediately proceeded to complete the work in an expertly manner. Upon completion, he thoroughly cleaned the work area. Needless to say: I was very pleased.

Josh W came out to remove and replace a shower cartridge.
Replaced vanity, mirror and medicine cabinet. Reconnected plumbing. Remove and replaced toilet tank parts. Remove and Replace locks on the doors. Painted staircase to be painted including baseboards.
