Living in South Florida can be a little scary when it comes to using contractors. They sometimes don't show up, gouge you on prices, and do less than optimum work. I was very surprised when Christian from Handyman Services called me to let me know when he would be there. He then showed up 15 min early, and discussed the work I wanted completed. He gave me a couple options, then proceeded to do the work in a professional manner. I was pleased with the job he did, and thought the price was fair, perhaps a little on the high side for the amount of time it took, but overall very pleased.

Repair area on wall where curtain rod came out. Assemble the desk.
Remove drop ceiling, smooth out ceiling, paint ceiling, sand and mud. Replace plastic ceiling dome light and replace with new tray light.
