Rob Kearney recently provided us with courteous and professional service on our lawn irrigation system.
They charged $185 for a $20 piece to replace and then $70 for installation. They charged me $130 for opening the sprinklers which I had already turned on the water myself. They charged me for the guy to walk around to see if the sprinklers turned on. Didn’t adjust anything. I will never use them again.

Chris Dahl/Service Technician visited me today for a scheduled service repair. I had one (1) sprinkler head which was raised 40" above ground because it had been among boxwood shrubs that were that height. These shrubs were recently replaced with smaller shrubs. He lowered the height of the sprinkler head and changed the nozzle. He also provided helpful information about the normal wear and obsolescence of different parts of the sprinkler system.

Adjusted lighting timer, is now set for sunset to 2300, but customer mention that the timer never came on at the time that I should come, when I first arrived the timer had no power, but after I resetead it came to work, also customer have 1 bulb out on corner of driveway and walkway, customer said that both timer and bulb were just replaced last year, so they should be under warranty, my truck is not stock with any lighting equipment that forth I had to pause this ticket since I cannot change the timer nor the bulb.

Zone 3- two leaking rotary heads front of house by curb. Customers shutoff valve to sprinkler system should be replaced, due to constant drip at winterization hose bib.
