Dwayne did an excellent job and went above and beyond to get a tricky leak fixed around a boulder. The last tech that was here said he couldn’t fix the leak because it was under a boulder but Dwayne put the work in, dug around the boulder and was able to fix the leak!

Paused due to the zones not turning on, most likely a controller issue. Need to come back to troubleshoot. Estimate for controller is attached. 10/18: Troubleshot system not coming on and determined that the rain sensor wire was disconnected at the front right foundation corner by the backflow preventer. Connected wires and retested good.
