My husband and I are in our 80's. Kirby exhibited admirable patience in dealing with us. He and Ignacio were well qualified with all of the work. In fact, we appreciate all the advice, along with the adjustments we requested in their work. Kirby taught us how to use the new control box. His advice to get a better box was taken, and we are glad he urged us to do so.
