Joe is who usually services our property. I can’t say enough about his professionalism and politeness; something that is missing in business these days. Service has always been great. We did recently discover that our dog has a seizure 2 days after each lawn treatment. This has been the case 100% of the time for the past year and 1/2. Due to this, we had to alter our service to be only outside the fence area. I felt that the price we were given for this change was fair and changing it was very easy. The customer service representative was polite, understanding, and easy to deal with.
