It took an enormous amount of effort this year to get a barely acceptable lawn. I was disappointed at the service (monthly), the follow up and the response from management/supervisors. I understand that there are various conditions that affect my overall lawn health but isnt that what I am paying for?. Isn't it their responsibility to not just do the usual but to adjust accordingly to make sure what I'm paying for is getting done? There were times when my service tech would say he did service but he did not, now they did eventually fire him but it was only after many months of complaining. Shouldnt it be a requirement for the supervisors and management to address any issues immediately? Shouldn't they check out the addresses that are complaining? Well like I said after many months of trying to fix my damaged lawn they got it back to about 75%. I will have to think long and hard this next season to see if they deserve another shot.
