So early this summer (2019) a tech killed a lot of my lawn by over doing a weed killer in the hottest part of the summer. The lawn was severely burnt! All summer long my lawn looked horrible. Once I contacted Greenlawn they came out to inspect the damage. They agreed it was their fault. But, again ALL summer my lawn was horrible. Not the reason to pay a service to keep it nice. Weeds have been an issue for years. Greenlawn can’t seen to figure it out. So early fall they came to reseed the lawn. NO straw was used on any of the repaired areas, especially should of been on the total bare spots... in the damaged areas did not take, due to the amount of weed killer still in the soil. So later in the fall I purchased seed, straw and top soil ($300.00) I personally redid a lot of the previously repaired lawn. Those areas are doing OK. So overall I am not thrilled. But they did step up and take responsibility for the damage. Still not sure why they haven’t been able to kill just the weeds.....and not the lawn. We will see how 2020 goes.
