First year was rough due to late start with pre-emergent applications resulting in a constant battle with crab grass during the course of the season. Year end aeration/seeding provided good spring results. Second year was outstanding as pre-emergent started in March and no weed battles took place. Second year aeration/seeding results were excellent.
