After having Tyler as a technician for most of the season I realized today that he must be new with the company. Tyler couldn't answer my questions about the problems I was seeing with my lawn. The lawn still has multiple types of weeds and has an infestation of grubs. It was today after having another technician who did the aeration and seeding that I realized the lawn was being treated the way it should have been the entire season.
