So far everyone in your company has been very nice. Quick to respond to email, phone calls, and I like the fact that it has been the same tech to my lawn both times. I like the emails letting me know what's going on and what has been done. We've have two applications so far and still have a ton of crab grass. After the first application the report we hot back said they may still need to treat for weeds. I asked about the weed treatment after the second application and Marta informed me that I should call ater 14 days to have them come back out at no charge. The tech has been very polite and nice. He did however drive into my mailbox and the attached flower box is now very very loose. He did tell my wife, she however never walked outside to check it. This is my first time dealing with s fertilization company. My lawn looks better but not great. Like I said sill tons of crab grass. I sent pictures.
