Michal Pawlowski is professional, personable, and reliable. He’s always on time, works efficiently, and takes the time to explain what he’s doing. I especially appreciate that he lets us know when to keep our dogs off the lawn after a treatment. It’s a small thing, but it shows that he’s thoughtful and thorough. Great service all around.
