Lawn is in great shape. Very little to no weed activity. Weeds should show signs of dying off in 10-21 days with todays weed control. Also with temperatures cooling off weeds will soon begin to naturally die off.
Applied a fertilizer only today due to the recent seeding. Weeds mainly along edges that will begin to soon die off naturally with the cooler temperatures beginning. I noticed good germination from the recent seeding and you should see continued germination with the current temperatures were getting. I made sure to close gate when I was done in the back.

I made sure to treat the corner inside the fence and closed and latched the fence gate when I was finished, I treated outside behind the fence along the wood line heavily.
