Excellent customer service from the woman who answered the phone to the locksmith John Smith. I had an appointment with another locksmith but was not happy with the poor customer service I received over the phone so i canceled after I talked to Goldy Locks and had my questions directly answered by a very friendly and helpful women. John was also very nice and did an excellent job changing the lock on my very old residential door.
