Lance was very patient in helping me with technical issues I had in linking my secure lock to my nest account. Evidently I had to emails attached to my Nest account and we had to call tech-support and he was able to navigate through that and get me connected to my Nest app. Lance Did a phenomenal job and very professional! I would highly Recommend him.
