Manny Diaz was our amazing tech! I think we were his last stop of the day. He came in and immediately got started. He was very friendly and explained everything in detail, beyond that he had everything done so quick! We were very impressed with the service we received. Not only was our door off the hinge, but we also needed to get the locks changed and I was expecting to have a much larger bill than what it came out to. Again, just overall I had a fantastic experience with this company from the time I placed the call to request the service to the follow up calls updating me on the timing of the arrival all the way to completion of the job! Thanks guys for reminding us all what its like to have great customer service!
