I was called to replace a water heater that was not producing hot water. Upon inspection, I found that the water heater was not producing hot water due to a faulty heating element. I replaced the heating element and tested the water heater to ensure it was producing hot water. The customer was happy with the service and thanked me for my help.
I was called to replace a Rheem water heater that was not producing any hot water. Upon arrival, I found that the water heater was not producing any hot water. I checked the power supply and found that the power supply was working fine. I checked the thermostat and found that the thermostat was working fine. I checked the dip tube and found that the dip tube was not clogged. I checked the burner and found that the burner was working fine. I checked the gas valve and found that the gas valve was working fine. I checked the temperature and pressure relief valve and found that the temperature and pressure relief valve was working fine. I checked the gas line and found that the gas line was not clogged. I checked the water inlet valve and found that the water inlet valve was working fine. I checked the water outlet valve and found that the water outlet valve was working fine. I checked the electrical connections and found that the electrical connections were working fine. HVAC repair- Customer called because their furnace is blowing cold air and keeps cycling on and off. Upon inspection, found that the filter needed replacing and the flame sensor was broken. After replacing the air filter and the flame sensor, furnace now working and heating properly.
