He does everything he can to work me in and answer all of my questions. I ask a lot of them and he always has an answer to help me with. I don't want to be a pest, but he insists to ask anytime I have a question because he cares. I'm going to write a letter to his bosses to make sure they know too.

I had a situation where my insurance was going to be switching and dropping coverage for hearing aids. I am always on the go, but Jeremy is persistent on making sure that I am coming in for cleanings. I'm not always around home when I get the call from them, but they make sure I don't fall through the cracks. If one of my hearing aids were to go out, I'd be lost.

After a hearing exam with a doctor and audiologist I decided to try Beltone. The time and depth of the hearing test was far more extensive. The products offered have the most advanced technology. Jeremy is very patient and educates his clients continually as well as ongoing cleaning and servicing of product. The entire staff is flexible and friendly. I had hearing aids before from Costco and they told me that the fact that I didn't hear well was just the limitations of hearing aids and I had to learn to get used to it. I did that for 3 years and thought things had to be different. Came to Beltone and Jeremy took the time to actually explain and teach me about hearing loss and why hearing CAN be much better than I was currently getting. I am a teacher locally and was not able to hear my students, constantly having to have them repeat themselves. Since I got my Beltone's, there isn't a student in the room that I can't hear clearly, even some of the shy ones. These truly have changed my perspective on how hearing SHOULD be!
