This crew communicated well for the most part. There was a mix up on time of arrival for of the days we had equipment. The teams that showed up were kind and professional. As for the work goes, the area is dry and no major damage. Although the crew accidentally cut into the ceiling panel next to the one that needed to come down, this can be fixed. And they left quite a bit of debris after they took down the ceiling tile that we needed to clean up, not the end of the world. The contractors who came in after also seemed to have questions about how the work that was done that seemed a bit off from what they normally see.
