i am unable to rate the cost , this was handle by my insurance company. I would have given 5 stars across the board, however the communication when packing wasnt clear. I have things that was packed that should not have been and I have no ideal where to find them. no one walked me through the process. The tracking of my belongs is horrible , they are hand written, photo copied and scanned to me which is a headache to manage especially my total loss. Andrea was very good with his crew and tey moved very fast however all that is lost with me now tryng to manage this . i never got a copy of where my belonging are or how I get them back , another piece that is hard to manage , please look at how y99u can improve this for the next person. RIGHT NOW TODAY I HAVE NO CLUE HOW I CAN CLAIM MY ITEMS , EVERY THING I HAVE WORKED HARD FOR . I am very grateful but still very lost with my items
