Tristan is very kind and worked hard to accomplish the work. His team also was polite and worked hard. Suggestion to have torn out Sheetrock and run fans so the Sheetrock and other areas would have dried sooner. In upstairs bathroom, tile in closet was not removed. And the green granite from bar should have been secured in a more safe area. The team was conscientious in communicating with me during the remediation process.
Tristan was extremely knowledgeable about how to clean up quickly and effectively. He also walked me through the claims process. Had a very kind demeanor, and was considered of my family extremely well.

ur washing machine overflowed while at dinner and caused water damage to our bamboo wood floors, and carpets in several rooms and areas. Water soaked into the walls as high as 2 and 3 feet. We called Bionic Emergency Services and they responded immediately at nearly midnight, and began to extract water and dry out the house. They did a great job taking care of our family and home.
