It has taken me far too long to write my Praise for the service Bionic provided. Bionic was and is a "Godsend". My house was flooded by an old Hot Water Heater valve rupturing, not one room in my house was dry. When we called Bionic, they were there in a matter of minutes. When they arrived, not one, not two, but three Vans and a truck with the crew and the owner to personally inspect the damage. They acted immediately, which meant the difference between a condemned home and a liveable one. They were organized, concise in instructions, sympathetic to the devastation, and 'on purpose'. They were professional, considerate, and precise. Bionic unloaded and placed their equipment strategically and monitored the humidity daily, making adjustments accordingly. I have multitudes of thanks to Bionic and thier crew, Shane, Davey, Nepp, Jesus, on and on... and still wouldn't be enough to express how I feel. Again, you are a "Godsend"... I am so blessed...
