I just pulled up to a house in this new subdivision in Salina for a builder that was doing a final walk-through with the homeowners and walked in and found a couple of inches of water due to a dishwasher line malfunction. I'm about to go in and see what we can do to help
We just finished up on a house out here in Providence Village that had a water heater bust in the garage and it leaked through into the kitchen and dining room area. Remove glued down wood floor and some Sheetrock and insulation and now they are on to phase 2
