We are back at this house in Little Elm that we looked at yesterday. The lady wanted to get a second opinion and she did and called us back this morning so now we are here to get started.

I just wrapped up at this one story home in Little Elm that had the AC leak down into the bathroom and laundry room. I had actually wrapped it up the other day but her cold water valve for the washer hose had been dripping and a tree wet the back wall and the sill plate so I put the additional equipment in there for a couple of days and just now removed it.
I'm all finished up at this house in Oak Point that had the washer overflow a few days ago. The adjuster just showed up as I was leaving and I did a quick walk-through with him everything is dry except the side of the vanity they are aware of that and I will probably be coming back to remove that but in the meantime everything else is dried equipment is gone sketches done and demo sheets are finished
I just pulled up to a one-story home in Little Elm for a new Allstate assignment. This lady had an air conditioning unit leak up in her attic and I'm about to go in and see how it looks.
I just walked out of this house in Little Elm that I checked in on the other day. Unfortunately for the homeowners we found mold growing behind their base molding in between the sheetrock and the molding itself. Had to stop work but we did start removing some of the carpet
I just walked out of a house in the Sunset Pointe Subdivision. This lady had a dishwasher malfunction about a week ago and has some significant damage to her base cabinets in her kitchen. They did a fairly decent job drying up the carpet and pad with their home machine but unfortunately it will probably still need to be taken out and replaced. We have the job scheduled for this coming Friday
We just completed a mold remediation project for a lady in a nice home and Little Elm. Job took about a week and a half and we just wrapped it up today and she was quite happy with the work that we did
I just completed a dry out of a house in Little Elm for a young couple that was not far from our office. The bottom of their tub had cracked while they're little boy was bathing and the water leaked down 1 2 and through the ceiling in the living room. The dry out went well especially after we removed the ceramic tile and Backer board.
Just completed a two-day dry out at this cute little house in Little Elm. Customers had a toilet issue and affected several rooms and the wood floor in the hallway got it dry and record time and the homeowner is quite happy that we're out of there before Christmas.
