Children stopped the drain in bathroom sink and left water running. Water overflowed onto tile floor and seeped into the garage below. Removed vanity and tile in bathroom as well as small section of dry wall in garage. Placed fans and dehumidifiers to eliminate remaining moisture in subfloor and wall studs.
