Mold inspection in Sandy Utah. There were multiple roof leaks in this commercial building 2 and 3 months ago and unfortunately they didn't hire anybody to dry it out at the time. We are finding some mold in a few places it would have been much easier and more affordable to dry it out at the time of the event.

It's a ground water problem with water flowing into the window wells and coming in the basement of this home. From the water usage and his meter it's not clear where the breakage where the problem is suggested to bring in a leak detection company as soon as possible to help with that detection or diagnosis.

So why do hotels have some much vinyl wallpaper, especially in the hallways? Because it is so durable! It will tend to hold up to some bumps and scrapes that would create some visible damage on a painted surface. So, that's what vinyl wallpaper is good for, what it is not good for is water damage.
