It was extremely easy to book movers. I appreciated Pat’s patience and knowledge answering my many questions. Pricing was the best I found after researching multiple companies. I also liked the peace of mind that the company came out to look at our house ahead of time to make sure we had the right sized truck and hired the right amount of workers. I liked that communication was fast and easy and that they showed up on time. The movers immediately got to work, they brought their own blankets and wrapped everything carefully before putting it on the truck. I felt like they took good care with our belongings. While they were polite and respectful, I noticed that one of the workers was on his phone a lot. He worked while talking on his phone so at least the work was getting done. My only issue was that he also complained a lot throughout the process. I know moving is exhausting and physical demanding, but it seemed somewhat unprofessional to complain so extensively especially with the client around. The other two workers were professional and respectful. Overall- I was glad that we got the work done because I could not have done the work without a moving company! But the overall experience was slightly awkward and made me feel guilty (even though that’s what I hired movers for) that the one worker was very verbal about his suffering. I still am glad I chose Carey moving over other companies because the price was great and we got all the work done we needed to.

Excellent. Efficient. Outstanding. David went above and beyond. His delivery was fast, efficient, and he assembled all furniture perfectly. He listened very carefully to where I wanted my belongings placed and achieved the impossible by generously placing a monster heavy piece of furniture where I ideally wanted it to go. David and his team were extremely pleasant and professional. Because of this, I will hire this company again and specifically request to work with David. This was the best move (out of at least 10) that I've ever had.

The day started with a call letting us know the truck was about half an hour away. The crew arrived on time and emptied the truck quickly. They were extra careful with our things and were happy to carry very heavy items upstairs. They even relocated several items when we changed our minds. It was a very hot day and CJ and the crew never slowed down until everything was done. Great crew, great service and great experience.

My furnishings got stuck in Alaska and forgotten about until I called and started looking for them. My items were picked up on August 10th and not delivered until November 14th. This was much longer than what I was told it would take for my move.
