Using Craig was a very good experience for our local move. An estimator came by house before for a quote, and it was a good face-to-face experience where I was able to ask my questions. Moving day a truck with 3 men came (we had most things boxed up already). All were very professional, and worked efficiently. I had clearly labeled most boxes with rooms in which they should go, so that helped hugely so they didn't have to ask where everything should go. They took apart a complicated bunk bed and large desk and set them both up in corresponding rooms in new house. They took the dressers with clothes in drawers, and provided wardrobe boxes for hanging clothes, the day of move. They took 30 min lunch after loading, which was not charged for in final bill. Got them re-energized for unloading in second half of afternoon. In general hiring a professional company is better than back surgery and cheaper than a divorce lawyer (ha!) and Craig did an excellent job. Price was almost exactly the same as 2 other quotes I got. We did not get our preferred move date though, but 2 days later. Not a big deal b/c we took the whole week off, but if you need a specific date, book early.
