According to the driver, you should have suggested a 3 person crew to move us from 3rd floor into a 2nd floor apartment. The helper could not manage more than 1 flight of stairs slowing down the more experienced driver and dragging out the move. Also, the helper dropped the mattress against the headboard which caused the headboard to slam against the concrete landing, scratching and nicking the headboard -- which he did not tell us about....also 2 other wooden pieces were scratched due to no furniture pads being used on those pieces. All in all, an ok experience but an expensive and slow one. The driver did a great job considering that the helper was not up to the task and provided only marginal help. A more balanced crew was needed...and it cost us in extra hours spent making the move thus higher $$ paid for the service
