Steve was very, very professional and very thorough. He walked me through the house at the beginning, during the pickup and a final time at the end. I see nothing left behind, nor anything taken that should have been left. The team was well managed, efficient workers and took very good care of the goods and inventory. Steve answered all my questions and anticipated some I like that he checked with me numerous times during the pick up to ascertain that we were still in agreement. The arrived at the time they had previously indicated. Steve and the team were neat and clean and appropriately dress for the weather, the job and being a customer’s home. Communications skills and customer service were outstanding. Thanks for a successful pick up. Hope the experience is as good at the destination.
