This idea “MODS” was great for us. We were able to pack our things slowly and still have the furniture for our house we were selling in place for showings. The people that works for MODS were kind and courteous, and worked efficiently in moving our MODS for us to the newly purchased home. The shipping container was sturdy and water proof, but not air tight, so there wasn’t any mold or odors when the container was opened up. Would recommend!
