Just Finished A Great 2hour Session On Myofascial Release, For A Client With Years Of Back Injuries & With The Weather Changing His Feeling Them All. I Started Off With Some Essentials Oil To Relax Him A Bit. Then Began With Some Light Pressure Along The Back, To Warm up His Muscle So We’ll Be Ready To Release All Those Not & Tension. I Finish Off With Some Lite Stretches And More Essentials To Cool His Skin.
Just scheduled a massage here at Cosco. Woman is suffering from severe lower back pain. In the mean time I showed her two stretches for her back. Reverse triangle pose and pigeon pose. Subject states that these two stretch’s we performed has removed her lower back pain. Subject says she still wants to come in for a massage & check out our services.
