Wanted the silver paint package, the first group of painters used bronze tier paint and as such my house wall colors appeared pea green. I called several times and after a few DAYS got in touch with the project manager who was somewhat helpful. He agreed to send out a new team. The new team determined that the other group only did 1 coat of paint to begin with which is NOT what the company promises. The second team used the correct paint and did a better job. But this job took 3 times as long as what was quoted which delayed my move in significantly.
