Still need to complete the job. After using the incorrect primer that was clearly stated in the contract, Justin agreed to finish the exterior painting of our home (~20%) to make up for using the wrong primer on our new stucco remodel. We had to clear plant material from the soffit area near the porch and the south end of the home and we are now ready for the remainder of our home to be painted. It took time to get our maintenance person to change his scheduled appointment to trim bushes from June 25 to June 14. This accounts for the lag time from the original job date of June 4. Our painters were excellent. They were not at fault for using the incorrect primer for our job. We hope they return to finish painting the remaining exterior wood and stucco.
