We recently completed this lovely home. We filled all cracks with elastomeric filler, sealed the house with loxon sealer, then applied two finish coats.
Exterior Roof AND House paint. Powerwash, seal, and paint the roof with Sherwin Williams Super Paint. 11 step prep and paint as outlined in our brochure on the exterior with Sherwin Williams Resilience Satin Finish. Underway!
