Estimate for painting all hallways in this commercial building. Including all walls ceilings doors baseboards and elevator doors. A latex paint has been used over an oil base product on some doors and trim. Remedy......prime all affected areas and repaint with latex. 10 floors in all. Looking forward to giving the building the facelift it needs!
