She came in today for winged eyeliner. I was honest with her and suggested that she wait giving that she's still young and wait until her late 20's and 30's. Permanent make up is a great alternative however I would not reccomend to anyone under the age of 21 to have this done. Over time our skin naturally matures and as the eye ages the skin can cover the wing at the end of the eye. Semi permanent lash enhancement is a better alternative.
