THE ACTUAL SERVICE THAT I RECEIVE FROM THE PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN IS OUTSTANDING, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I RECEIVE FROM THE OFFICE STAFF IS HORRENDOUS. I DONT THINK THAT I HAVE EVER CALLED AND GOT A PERSON IN THE OFFICE. I ALWAYS HAVE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE WITH THE ANSWERING SERVICE THEN PLAY PHONE TAG. THE OFFICE STAFF ARE RUDE , UNFRIENDLY AND NOT VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE BILLING SYSTEM OR BILLING REPS ARE AWFUL. I WILL GET A STATEMENT THAT SHOWS A ZERO BALANCE THEN GET A COLLECTION NOTICE. I RECEIVED A STATEMENT YESTERDAY THAT LOOKED BLANK. I CANT TELL IF i DONT OWE ANYTHING OR IF THE PRINTER WAS JUST OUT OF INK. THEY SCHEDULERS FORGET TO CALL BEFORE SERVICE AND SEVERAL TIMES I HAVE ASKED FOR INSIDE SERVICE OR SPECIAL SERVICE AND THE MESSAGE WAS NEVER RELAYED TO THE TECHNICIAN

Heather has went out of her way to make sure this customer was happy with service, always satisfied, and was never rude. She has Heathers (the owners) number directly and has spoke to her several times and when she leaves a message, Heather always responds. She has had a past due balance of $330 for several months with several statements being mailed to her before receiving a collection letter. When she spoke to Heather, Heather asked her to provide a check number and we would research it and fix any mistakes that we had made but she refused. Heather then sent her transaction reports and payment history showing the payments that she had made. Once she received that, she called Heather and was very polite and made her payment of $330.00 to get her account up to date. When we schedule appointments for our customers, we always call 24-48 hours in advance. Anytime a customer asks for an inside service or any specific service, we give the technician the notes.

New initial start on a Commercial pest control service. Customer is having a roach and spider issue. We treated inside and out with a liquid treatment as well as some granular. They should see a huge difference over the quarter!
Quarterly residential pest control service. Customer is having ants in the yard. After an exterior liquid and some granular, they shouldn't have any more issues.

Residential pest control service for a new customer. They said a previous guest saw a roach or two so we went and sprayed inside and out with a liquid and they shouldn't see anything after a couple days.
