This customer was having issues with crawling insects in and around the outside of the home. I preformed a spray around the outside perimeter to keep the bugs out of the home and away from the foundation.
I provided this customer with an exterior perimeter treatment for spiders and other general crawling insects. This includes spraying high and low around soffits, windows, doorways, siding channels and foundation of the home.
The inspection report for this house showed elevated levels of radon gas. A radon mitigation system will be installed in the near future for the new homeowner
