More and more termites. Found more termite damage on a house that I was called in to do another inspection for after a home inspector discovered termite shelter tubes along a floor joist in the basement.
Installed in 2018 this system was ran by Green Earth Remediation. After 10 to 12 years fans do wear out and need replacing.

Just replaced a radon fan up in the garage attic of a home. The Radon fan was making some noise and was out of warranty so we came over and installed a new radon fan to ensure the house is safe from Radon gas.
