Exterior treatment for seasonal and occasional invaders
This customer was having issues with mice getting into the attic space. We were able to fill entry points with spray foam and steel wool to prevent them from getting into the home. We also used bait stations and snap traps to get rid of any inside or around the home.
The radon levels at this house were too high for it to be sold. This exterior radon mitigation system will bring the levels down. Now it can be sold and the new owners can breathe easier.
