Just installed a radon mitigation system in a house located near downtown Zeeland. This house near the lakeshore had high radon levels throughout the entire house. We had to design a radon system that involved 2 radon fans because of an addition that was added onto the house along with a separate basement. Everything went well and we guarantee the radon system will do the job and make the home safe from radon gas.
Just finished checking out a house in Zeeland, Michigan that tested high for radon gas. This house along the lakeshore of Lake Michigan is set up nicely for a simple exterior radon system and has two interior drain tiles and a sump crock. Often times having perforated drain tiles under the basement slab is the most conducive option for mitigating radon gas.
Just installed a radon mitigation system for this 4 unit building. The landlord has us install radon mitigation systems in all of his income properties.
