It was a pleasure speaking with you today! Today I applied a liquid residual around the perimeter of the home and detached garage focusing on the foundation line and thresholds. This will aid in the prevention and elimination of ants, carpenter bees and various crawling insects that may try to enter the structure. The carpenter bees are heavily active at the rear side of garage where roof line meets foil area of home. I made sure to avoid any personal items as well as any flowering plants and edibles. I checked any exterior rodent bait stations around the perimeter of the home and garage. Heavy feeding observed. Replaced bait accordingly. I checked all of the termite stations around all structures. No signs of termites found today. Please reach out when construction is finished so we may reinstall stations in these areas. I inspected for any possible entry points. No recommendations at this time. Lastly, I removed any visible/reachable spider webs around the home. Please allow up to 10
