I was highly impressed with the technician's (Keith Koskie) expertise with treating our current any future pest problems. His knowledge was excellent and his treatment was thorough. He explained, as well as showed me, everything he treated. His concern for my elderly mother in law and pet's welfare were highly appreciated.
