Andrew was great to deal with. He politely informed me of why he was on the premises and what he was going to do. He asked if I had any questions and if there were any issues in the home. When he was finished, he informed me that the job was done and he gave me a summary of his findings/services. A very friendly experience and would highly recommend him!
