Service tech is always courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with however I wonder, sometimes, if the office personnel is on the same page as the customer. I indicated, last fall, that I did not want a winter treatment and I indicated that to the office. The service tech showed up at the front door in early February. I said I had informed the office that I wanted to skip the winter treatment. Glad I was home at the time or I would have been invoiced for a treatment that I didn’t want. I don’t blame the service tech as they go by what the office schedules. This falls, squarely, on the front office who should have placed a note on my account. There is a later question, in this survey, that asks about rating the cost/price of service. I cannot answer that without knowing what other pest control companies would charge for the same service. As I said earlier, though, I do think that our invoice of $159 seems a bit on the high side. I think the survey question rating should be replaced with a scale from 1-10.
