We have had different people show up for the pest inspection each time. Some good , some stellar. Most of them don’t even ask if we have any baits or traps inside the home( which should be listed when they come out to service ). When I am not home , my other family members don’t know to ask the person to check the inside traps. Therefore it had been almost 8 months since they were last checked. I asked Robert to check the inside traps which he did . It would be good to have the inspectors know the baits at a property before they come out .
