Last Friday a tech came out to service the bait stations. It was not my normal tech. I was told that the "techs were not to go in the attic because it was too hot" although he did go up to check the bait station. My ceiling tiles in the basement are tight to move. He touched the tiles and saw the issue and said "I would have to call the office to schedule a service call for Henry to come out since he knows where he put the bait stations". So I called the office and this morning "AMAR" came out. I explained the situation to him and he had no problem moving the ceiling tiles to service the bait stations. He was on time and very personable and professional!!! I would definitely give him 5 out of 5 stars. He told me that Henry trained him and Henry did a great job training. Before he left he asked if there was anything else that he could do but he had already done more than enough in finishing up the guys job who came out last Friday.
