Today we completed our initial pest inspection and treatment services. We went around the house and knocked down cobwebs and spiderwebs while installing termite monitors. No termite activity was detected inside or outside. We also set up two exterior rodent bait stations. Rodent activity was detected in the basement. We set up the basement with mouse bait stations. We set up mouse snap traps in the living room and under the kitchen sink. We treated the exterior of the home with a liquid residual to help prevent stink bugs and general fall invaders.
